Membership & Cancelation Policy: Membership renews automatically each month on the 15th unless canceled. Membership is month-to-month and does not require a long-term contract.
To cancel, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests may be submitted by email, in person, by logging into your account online, or by first-class mail.
If your cancellation notice is received fewer than 30 days before your next billing date, one final monthly payment will be charged on the next scheduled billing date, and your membership will remain active through that final paid billing period.
For example, if your membership bills on the 15th and we receive your cancellation notice on the 10th, your next payment on the 15th will still be charged, and that will be your final paid month.
